Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, who is reeling under pressure from all quarters over the Vyapam scam on Monday said that it will be wrong to link every death with the scam. His reaction came after the body of a trainee sub-inspector was found in a pond in Sagar town.
The 25 year old Anamika Kushwaha at Jawaharlal Nehru Police Training Academy apparently committed suicide under mysterious circumstances.
Speaking to reporters he said that he is ready to face any consequence as he is facing the biggest challenge in the third term of his regime in the state.
He said, “Her death is an unfortunate incident but it is not related to the Vyapam scam investigation. Every death is sad, but it is not fair to link every death with Vyapam.”
