New Delhi: BJP today released its vision document 2050 four days prior to the Election in Delhi. The vision document concentrates on promising a world class city, a corruption free government and a 24-hour water supply.
Kiran Bedi flanked her ‘Vision Document’ with Senior Leader Anant Kumar and State BJP chief Satish Upadhyay by her side. ‘Corruption in any department will not be tolerated. This includes the police,’ stated the former police officer. The document focuses on line of development.
The decision of releasing the document not as ‘Manifesto’ but as ‘Kiran’s Blueprint’ was taken at a meeting chaired by BJP president Amit Shah. ‘We will not release a party’s manifesto for the Delhi Assembly election this time. Instead, we will come out with a vision document. The party has set a target to win the upcoming polls,’ the party senior leader and Union Minister Ananth Kumar said.
