New Delhi: According to the sources, the result of UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) is expected to release by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on next week. CBSE took three month to declare the results but this time CBSE likely to declare the results in just one month.
The exam was conducted on July 8 in 84 subjects at 91 selected cities. Those who will clear the paper will be eligible for a junior research fellowship or can be considered for the post of assistant professors
In order to appear for NET, a candidate needs to secure at least 55 per cent marks in Master’s degree or equivalent examination from a recognised universities/institutions.
The schedule of UGC NET 2018 which to be held in December, is given below-
Application process: 01.09.2018 to 30.09.2018
Dates of examination: 02.12.2018 to 16.12.2018
Declaration of results: Last week of January 2019.
The exam will be conducted on online through many steps. The examination will take from 2nd December to 16 December.
