Kabul: At least four Taliban insurgents were blown-up after their self manufactured Improvised Explosive Device (IED) exploded in Alinger district.
This was disclosed by the 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan National Army (ANA) forces, reports the Khaama Press. Reportedly, two Taliban militants were killed and two others were wounded in the blast.
The Taliban insurgents and militants are frequently using Improvised Explosive Device (IED) as a weapon of their choice to target the security forces.
Earlier in May a similar explosion killed an IED expert of the Taliban group in northern Kunduz province of Afghanistan.
