Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp corn flour

    2 Tbsp wheat flour

    1 tsp ajwain

    1 onion

    2 tomatoes

    1 green chilli

    1 desi ghee

    Salt

Method

Knead a dough using corn flour, wheat flour, ajwain & salt .

Make dough balls.

Roll dough balls gently into small sizes, sprinkle some chopped onion, tomatoes & green chillies.

Roll it again to embed it into the roti.

Fry it in desi ghee. 

Serve
