Trinamool Sacked 5 MLAs For Anti-Party Work


Kolkata: The All India Trinamool Congress, have eventually stepped up and took a stance against it’s own party MLAs for involving in the anti party activities by announcing their support for BJP (NDA) candidate Ramnath Kobinda in the upcoming presidential election .

TMC General Secretary Partha Chatterjee, at the Trinamool Bhaban on Monday while addressing the media told that there is no connection with Tripura’s five legislators. Besides, this responsibility of Tripura has been given to the mayor of Bidhannagar municipality, as well as very powerful leader Sabyasachi Datta.

All these 5 TMC MLAs from Tripura were involved in a tussle with the party over the Presidential election. They even announced to support BJP (NDA) candidate Ramnath Kobinda in the upcoming presidential election. And then putting emphasis on election matter TMC decided to take strong action against the anti-party activities of their Tripura MLAs.

On this day the General Secretary of TMC addresses the Press and says that “All India Trinamool Congress is a disciplined party. Therefore all the members have to abide by the rules, as these five MLAs have decided to make anti party acivity so all the relation with those members is to be cut off.”
