Dehradun: North India again shook to tremors on Sunday morning at around 5:18 Am. The quake measured 4.4 on Richter scale. The epicenter was situated at a deapth of 10 kms from the ground.
It has been known that the epicenter was located at Chamoli village in Uttarakhand which resulted in mild earthquake in the neighbouring areas although no casualties have been reported so far in the incident.
The northern states are reportedly receiving a massive rainfall over the last few days resulting in massive disruption to normalcy and loss of life and property. Many tourists are also stuck in the areas due to the heavy showers. Now, the quakes have again added to their woes a sense of panic and tension.
