On Thursday morning, from the Santragachi station, the Panskura local was given in the mail line. Due to this, the passengers could not get down in their destined stations. On the other hand, several took risks and jumped from the train in the stations.

On the other hand, the passengers also alleged that there was a huge possibility of a major accident due to the presence of train in the Up and Down line. They have alleged that this mistake was done by the station master of the Santragachi station. The south-east railways have assured a thorough investigation into the incident.
