He started his journey with the film ‘Duti Pata’, continuing his successful string of films like Autograph and Jatishwar till date. A documentary based on the life of the National Award winner is underway. Recently, its trailer was launched.
‘For Cinema Only’, directed by Mitali Ghoshal and Samrat will portray the actor’s life and times. Despite being the son of veteran actor Bishwajeet Chatterjee,he struggled his way to stardom. Bumbada,as popularly called by his close collegues, has gained a strong foothold in all these years.
