New Delhi: The Special Investigation Team of Delhi Police has again summoned Former Union Minister Shashi Tharoor in relation to the Sunanda Pushkar case .
As per Delhi Police Commissioner B S Wasi, Tharror was summoned by SIT on Thursday.
The SIT probing the case has questioned atleast 15 people in this connection. Former Samajwadi party leader Amar Singh, senior journalist Nalini Singh and many close friends of Tharoor and Sunanda were quizzed by the police earlier. Shiv Mennon, son of Sunanda Pushkar was also questioned by the SIT on February 5.
Sunda Pushkar the gorgeous wife of Former Union Minister Shashi Tharoor was found dead in her suit in a five star hotel at Delhi on the night of January 17 last year, days after she accused Pakistani Journalist Mehr Tarar publicly of having an affair with her husband.
The Delhi police had registered a case and said that Sunanda might have been poisoned. It is also added by the Delhi Police that Narain Singh, the domestic help of Shashi Tharoor will be grilled by the police on Wednesday.
