TET rescheduled on Oct 11

Kolkata: The Teacher’s Elegibility Test which was scheduled to be held on 30 August was postponed by state Education Minister Partha Chatterjee after the question papers of the examination were leaked. The examination was re scheduled on October 4. But there were questions regarding conducting the examinations on 4 October since on the previous day elections are scheduled at several Municipalities of the state.

On Monday 31 August at a meeting held at Nabanna is was decided that the examination will again be rescheduled on October 11 since the it will not be possible for the state government to make adequate arrangements for the exam just a day after the elections.
