Jammu: Terrorists have hurled a grenade at a police post in Handwara district of Jammu & Kashmir on Thursday. There were no causalities resulting due to the attack and search operations are being undertaken in search of the militants.
In another incident, With raising tension along the International Border (IB) and the Line of Control (LoC), in a joint search operation, the 46 Rashtriya Rifles & Special Operation Group had today arrested two terrorists associated with the Pakistani based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad, in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. Task forces had also recovered an AK-47, a pistol with ammunition, Under Barrel Grenade Launcher, UBGL grenades, pouches.
Security force had also foiled an infiltration bid in Tangdhar sector of the valley, hours before the arrest. Earlier in the day, Delhi police and Rajasthan police had also arrested two ISI spies from Jodhpur, among whom one is a staffer ofthe visa section of the Pakistan High Commission.
