Terrorist Attack in Jammu, 5 Injured

Jammu: Five men of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were injured when terrorists opened fired on their convoy on Srinagar-Jammu national highway in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

Terrorists fired at a CRPF bus, which was part of a convoy on way to Jammu from Srinagar, near Green Tunnel at Samthan in Bijbehara, a police officer said.

The injured have been moved to a hospital in Anantnag, the officer said, adding the area has been cordoned off and a manhunt has been launched to nab the attackers.
