Tackle Acidity With These Home Remedies


-If you frequently suffer from acidity, drink a glass of lukewarm water every day before going to sleep and immediately after waking up in the morning.

-Eat an overripe banana to beat an especially bad bout of acidity, as they tend to contain more potassium which makes it the perfect antidote.

-Have cold milk without any additives like sugar. You could mix it with a spoon of ghee to make the remedy even more effective.

-Boil one cup of water and add 1 tsp of aniseed (saunf). Cover and leave overnight. Strain the water in the morning and add 1 tsp of honey. Take this thrice a day to prevent acidity.
