Tamluk: West Bengal Transportation minister Suvendu Adhikari has promised that he will stand by the deceased family of his body guard Subhabrata Chakraborty after his visit on Tuesday.
Meeting the family, the minister said that “I am also a part of your family from now. I can not return your son but i’ll always be there beside you. Whenever I’ll get some time, will visit you. I’ll always be there beside you.”
Transport Minister Shuvendu Adhikari’s bodyguard Shubabrata Chakraborty died On Saturday morning. The minister’s bodyguard tried to commit suicide by firing on his fore-head with his service revolver. He was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Kolkata on Saturday. He died on Sunday morning at the hospital. He was the worker of State Armed Force (SAF).
Chakraborty used to reside in a rented place in Kanthi where he shot himself in the head. Police has recovered a suicide note from his place. His suicide stating that ‘nobody is responsible for my death.’ As per the state police, he tried to commit suicide in depression.
