Suspects to undergo polygraph test: Sunanda murder case

New Delhi: Three suspects in Sunanda Pushkar murder case will undergo lie detector test, after a trial court on Wednesday allowed Delhi police’s plea seeking polygraph test on the trio. Police had earlier named the three ‘suspects’ as witnesses in the case.

The three persons on whom the lie detector test would be conducted are — former Union minister Shashi Tharoor’s domestic help Narain Singh, Tharoor’s driver Bajrangi and his family friend Sanjay Dewan.

Metropolitan Magistrate Sunil Kumar Sharma allowed the police’s plea after the three appeared in court and said they had no objection if the polygraph test was conducted on them.
