Suspected Terrorist Raju In Police Custody

Barasat: Abdul Baki Mandal, alias Raju, who was arrested on Sunday for allegedly having links with Pakistan spy agency ISI has been given 7 days police custody on Monday.

Abdul was produced in the Barasat court on Monday. The officers from the North 24 Parganas’ district police requested at the Barasat court to take over the custody of Abdul so that they could interrogate and find out the solution. The court has given 7 days in police custody.

Infamous goon, Abdul Baki Mandal was arrested on Sunday from Basirhat’s border area. He was wandering in and around the area in a suspicious way, when the officers from the Basirhat police station arrested him.

He was previously arrested in 2005 for having a role in the terror attack at Ayodhya. He was in jail for 7 years for helping terrorists to enter India.

On Sunday, he was arrested red-handed by the police with 29 kg of heroine.
