Suspected HuJI Militants Arrested in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A day before Independence Day ripples of concern pass through the security circle as police nabbed four suspected Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami (HuJI) terrorists in Hyderabad. The militants are said to be Pakistani and Bangladesh nationals. They were living illegally in the city for couple of months.

In the wake of possible terrorist attack alert issued by the intelligence agencies, security has been beefed up in the country. Police are conducting intense checks in Cinema halls, hotels and vehicles in Rajendranagar.

Intelligence reports suggest that there are chance of hijacking flights and terrorists may even enter the country through sea. Telangana government is conducting the independence day celebrations at Golconda court. With this arrest, entire city is tensed.
