Kolkata: Sweltering days are back with a bang coupled with humidity and rise in thermometer. The balmy weather that Calcuttans have enjoyed few days back has bid adieu to our city.
According to Alipore Meteorological Office, thermometer would rise from Wednesday though the sky would be cloudy.
From Wednesday onwards, the soothing weather will no longer be there as mercury would rise to 2 degree compared to Tuesday’s temperature.
For the next 48 hours, the unpleasant condition could continue as per the weather forecast.Maximum temperature would soar to 36 degree on Wednesday and minimum temperature would be somewhere around 25 degrees.
The cloudy sky and high humidity in the air would mean sweating.
But districts of North Bengal would get respite as these districts might experience rain informed Alipore Meteorological Office.
