After Gunmen Storm, Suicide Attack Rocks Afghanistan, Casualties Feared


Kabul: Casualties feared as suicide bomb attack rocks eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad. A private company close to Nanagharar airport has been attacked by unknown gunmen, spokesman for provincial governor Attaullah Khoghyani confirmed.

Clashes are ongoing between security forces and gunmen close to Jalalabad Airport, spokesman for provincial governor Attaullah Khoghyani said. No reports of casualties yet.
Two attackers detonated their explosives & two others were killed in clash with security forces, governor’s spokesman Khogyani said. He said three employees of the construction company were killed & six civilians were wounded in the attack – which is still ongoing.
