Burdwan: Burdwan university authorities has postponed the examination of Bengali sixth paper of distance education on Monday due bengal bandh called by BJP.
A controversy is created after this circulation published. Students staged protest for that. After this university authorities changed the decision and again decided to take the examination as proposed schedule. Authorities confirmed on Wednesday.
The students were upset with this incident. They protested strongly against university’s whimsical work . SFI district secretary, Anirban Roy Chowdhury said that the university has violated the rights. He claim that university authorities should take the responsibility of those students who did not give examination. .
Vice-chancellor Nimai Saha said that the candidates did not have any problem. All students are giving exams. No decision has been taken yet for those who are absent.
