Kolkata: Narada CEO Mathew Samuel earlier complained that he was being harassed by asking same questions again and again for an extortion case at Muchipara police station. Now sting master Mathew has given a sweet reply of his harassment indirectly.
Mathew Samuel has already sent all information documents via email to the cops of Muchipara police station in extortion related case. After this Mathew also wrote that ‘ If it is more important to present at police station after giving so much information on this case then pay my flight fare and provide my accommodation cost in Kolkata’.
Narada News CEO Mathew Samuel summoned in connection with an alleged extortion call to a former MP from Bihar, Kolkata Police said. Police sources said Samuel — who was grilled for nearly eight and nine hours for questioning.
Samuel is being questioned on his alleged connection with Bikram Singh, who is said to have made the extortion call to former Bihar Member of Parliament DP Yadav from a Kolkata lodge in Muchipara police station area. According to an FIR lodged at the police station, the former MP was asked to cough up Rs. 5 crore if he did not wish an alleged footage of him accepting a bribe to be made public.
Mathew earlier claimed that he did not know the main accused and did not have any idea about this case. Yet he was summoned again in Monday. Mathew asked for bringing two mobile phones and some papers related to this case. But Mathew skipped the day and sent all important information’s and 2014-2015 tax papers via e mail. Mathew also mentioned in email that he has to give evidence at CBI court in various cases in Delhi. After all this Mathew wrote if they want to me present this time then provide my fair cost and lodging cost.
