Spurious Liquor Kills 5 in Mumbai

Mumbai: Five people have died after consuming spurious liquor at N M Joshi Marg in Mumbai, police said on Thursday. They were among 10 people admitted to Nair Hospital on Wednesday night with complaints of vomiting and dizziness after having the liquor, Deputy Commissioner of Police Ashok Dongre said. The remaining five are undergoing treatment, he said.

Police launched an investigation in the matter. No reports of anyone being arrested so far has been received yet.
