NEW DELHI: Flying is now cheaper than travelling by train. SpiceJet on Wednesday launched all-inclusive fares starting from Rs 599 and Rs 3,499 for domestic and international flights, respectively. The LCC is offering four lakh tickets under this scheme for which bookings are open up to Friday for travel between July 1 and October 24, 2015.
This is the lowest ever fare offered by SpiceJet which is known for its dashing discount schemes. The latest offer is also a bid to win back customer confidence and reinstate the image of the airlines in their heart.
The “cheaper than train fares” scheme is available for international flights (except Colombo, Kabul and Dubai-Ahmedabad-Dubai sectors), at all-inclusive fares starting at Rs 3,499.
