Barrackpore: A fish trader was found dead at his residence on Tuesday morning in Naihati’s Rajendrapur area. The 53 years old Rashmohan Ghosh was murdered at his residence.
According to the Police sources, the man was beaten to death. Rashmohon’s father Nilratan Ghosh was a presidential award winner. Police also added that he was murdered for personal foe.
On Tuesday morning, the sister-in-law of the fish trader did not receive any response from his house then she saw that Rashmohon’s body was lying on floor. Then Sister-in-law called the locals and police immediately. Naihati police reached the spot immediately. Police recovered the body and sent for autopsy at Barrackpore. Police launched an investigation to nab the culprits behind on the case.
In order to increase the circulation of fish in the Naihati region, the father of late Babua’s father Nilratan Ghosh was once receiving President’s Award. His five sons used to trade in fish at Rajendrapur Fish Market in Naihati. It is known that there were two pet dogs in Babua’s house. In the morning, both of those dogs were seen in the sleepy mood.
Naihati Police Station has been investigating the whole incident. The police could not arrest anyone in this incident.
