Sharad Pawar Takes A Jibe At Rahul Gandhi Over His ‘Earthquake’ Claim

Mumbai:  NCP president Sharad Pawar took a jibe at Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi over his claim that there would be an earthquake if he speaks on “personal corruption” of Prime Minister Narendra Modi

“Members of Parliament were scared and worried how they would get out of the Parliament building after the quake. But, since there was no earthquake, there is a feeling that we can sleep peacefully,” Mr Pawar said when asked on the Congress leader’s claim.

Referring to wash out of the winter session of Parliament, Mr Pawar said he had never seen the ruling party stalling the proceedings in Parliament or Legislature in his 50 years of legislative career.
