Kolkata: Parents of a missing student of the Scottish Church School staged a protest outside the school on Monday over the student missing, accusing the school responsible for it.
As per sources, the student of class 10, was asked not to come to school for breaking disciplinary rules. He was allowed to appear for the examination. On Saturday he got out of his house to give his exam, but never returned back home.
The school authorities have expressed grief over this matter. The family members of the student have accused the school of sheer negligence which has led to the student being missing since Saturday.
A case of kidnapping has been lodged with the Bottala Police Station. The student is a resident of Kankurgachi. The police have already started an investigation.
