Sanku Writes To Mamata Against ‘Traitor’ Abhishek


Kolkata: Former student leader Sankudeb Panda has written a letter on Thursday to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to take initiative for the sake of students. He has urged to take special action against those who are involved in averse actions.

On Wednessday morning a group of miscreants have vandalised the bust of Shayama Prasad Mookherjee and attacked the people presented over there. Police had arrested seven people on the issue. Arrested have claimed that they are the student of Jadavpur University. Abhishek is among the arrested. Previously he was arrested by the Kolkata Police. Special Task Force of Kolkata Police has arrested him for his mao-activity.

Now former student leader Sankudeb has urged for special action against Abhishek. He has sent the letter to Nabanna on Thursday. Sankudeb said, “ In the name of ‘Radical’ group they are doing mao-activities and allegedly involved behind the vandalisation of statues.” They are advocating maoism inside the campus and igniting the mao-activity.

Investigation will give the actual scenario. Till then the ‘radical’ group should be banned and stop their activity, he wrote in the letter.

The significant point behind the hand written letter, He did not mention any surname after the name. First he wrote the surname and he denied it. Reportedly, Nabanna has accepted the letter.
