Russian Jets Destroy 51 ISIS Targets


Damascus: Intensifying strikes against the global jihadi outfit Islamic State (ISIS) Russian war planes have destroyed 51 ISIS targets in the past 24 hours including four command posts, six arms depots, a mortar battery, two underground bunkers, 32 field camps and six outposts.

The strikes took place in the Lathakia, Aleppo, Hama and Damascus provinces. Russia has precipitated its salvos on ISIS and forces adverse to the Asad regime in Syria from September.

The growing Russian involvement in the Syrian conflict has sent ripples of concern among US and NATO allies. The US had earlier reached to Russia to construct a conflict resolution structure incase American and Russia jets confronts each other.
