Russia sees ‘progress’: Lavrov


Moscow: The Russian Foreign Minister says Moscow is seeing a fragment of ‘progresses’ in the negotiation which was held on February 11.

‘Experts are working, there is noticeable progress,’ Sergei Lavrov said after the summit. The leaders of Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany meet on February 11, to peace out the conflict in the eastern European Country.

The top eminent Russian diplomat discussed that the ongoing conflict in Ukraine must be stopped. The country must look after the rights of all citizens living in the former Soviet state.
