Renowned music director Adesh Shrivastava passes away

Mumbai: Renowned Music Director Adesh Srivastava passed away on Friday night at around 12.30 Am in Kolkilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. He was 51 and was suffering from cancer.
Dr. Ram Narayan, the doctor of Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai, who was looking after the treatment of Adesh Srivastava said, “He was suffering from cancer since quite a few days and was not responding to chemo therapy in the last few days.

His brother-in-law Lalit Pandit said, “Adesh was admitted at Kokilaben hospital 40 days ago. He was undergoing chemo therapy. In the days, even the chemo wasn’t working. So the doctors stopped giving him chemotherapy.”

Srivastava will be remembered for his works in films like Baghban, Chalte Chalte, Babul, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham and Rajneeti. Gloom has spread in the entire bollywood industry as the news of his death spread. His fans have expressed their grief in social networking site twitter.
