Kolkata: The Trinamool Congress on Wednesday named senior party leader and former minister Manish Gupta as a candidate for the Rajya Sabha poll, a senior TMC leader said.
“Senior TMC leader and former state power minister Manish Gupta is Trinamool Congress Rajya Sabha candidate for election later this month,” party secretary-general Partha Chatterjee told reporters.
