Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh said the state will remain in mourning on Saturday. Railways has said that the effigy was being burnt just 70-80 metres away from the railway tracks. According to CPRO, Northern Railways, people present at the spot started running towards the railway track as the effigy caught fire. The level crossing was shut at the time when the train was passing, he said.
