Police nabs ‘Second Kasab’ from Udhampur


Jammu: The BSF has got their hands on a terrorist from Pakistan who is beinfg said to be the second Ajmal Kasab. Known as Qasim Khan, a terrorist was nabbed  alive in Udhampur, Jammu following a fierce encounter.  Qasim Khan has been traced to be of Pakistan Nationality.  He is said to be 20 year old. Qasim was overpowered by the Village Defence Committee when he tried to hold some people hostage.

One terrorist was also gunned down in the encounter. The joint operation was conducted by the Army, BSF and CRPF. All three hostages were released. Earlier, these terrorists had launched a daring attack on a BSF Convoy, killing 2 jawans and injuring 8 others. This is the second time, Indian security forces have caught any terrorist alive during the attack. Earlier in 2008, Ajmal Kasab was arrested with injuries and later hanged till death.
