Malda: The common people have to face lots of problems when they have to go to the hospital for treatment. Keeping them in mind, to help the poor and helpless people legally, the Malda district court’s legal cell has come forward.
A legal help centre was inaugurated on Saturday evening at the Malda Medical College and Hospital by the District Chief and Sessions Judge Uday Kumar. Helpess people come to the hospital and get harassed in different ways starting from getting death certificates to where one can get different governmental helps. This legal help centre will help in these cases.
This centre has been opened at the OPD section at the ground floor. It was attended by deputy health officer Jyotish Chandra Das, lawyer Sadhana Das and others.
