Pakistan refuses sweets on Eid from India

Wagah: Over the rising tension between India and Pakistan over the recent ceasefire violations across the International Border, the Pakistani Rangers have refused to accept sweets from the Border Security Forces on the occasion of Eid on the Wagah border.

Every year of the occasion of Eid, both the paramilitary forces, guarding the borders of their respective countries greet each other with sweets on the occasion of Eid. But recently there have been rising conflict among the two hostile countries with a number of ceasefire violations by the Pakistani forces and the Indian Forces retaliating with full force.

Although Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif met at Ufa on the occasion of Shanghai Cooperation Organization over bilateral issues, there has been no signs of development in the relation between the two countries with the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi inviting Kashmiri Separatists for Eid Milan on July 21.

Now the Pakistani Rangers refusing sweets on Eid is bound to raise eyebrows in the International Politics.
