Pak Shells Indian Posts in Poonch ‘Again’

Srinagar: Highlighting its double standard in dealing with India, Pakistan has again opened unprovoked shelling of Indian posts in Sijwan sector in Poonch on Thursday. The Pakistani shelling was duly returned by the Indian troops. No fatalities have been reported yet.

The violation came a day after Pakistani terrorists ambushed a BSF convoy in Jammu which left two jawans and a terrorist dead. Security forces captured one terrorist alive, who confessed to be a Pakistani national. Pakistan on the other hand disowned the nabbed militant, as customary.

Although India has proposed NSA level talks with Pakistan, the repeated pin pricks by the later across the border may harm the peace process.
