Pak Rangers fire across IB

Jammu: Pakistani Rangers resorted to small arms firing along the international border in Jammu district hours before the arrival of US President to India.

According to police officers, “Pakistani Rangers resorted to intermittent small arms firing on Jogwan border out post in RS Pura border belt along the International Border.”

The Pakistani forces started firing at around 1 AM. The BSF troops guarding the border retaliated resulting in intermittent brief exchanges of fire. There was no loss of life or injury due to the firing.
