Pak police gives RAW clean chit on Karachi attack


Islamabad: Giving a clean chit to Indian intelligence agency RAW on Karachi bus attack, Pakistan police said that the attack was carried out by militants and RAW is not involved.

Six gunmen on May 14, stopped a bus carrying the members of Ismaili community and sprayed it with bullets from both sides, injuring many passengers on the spot. After the attack had taken place, Rangers personnel and police reached the scene, as well as ambulances to shift the injured to hospitals.

The pamphlets of the Islamic State (IS) militant group, Daesh in Urdu were also found at the crime scene.
