New Delhi: The website of the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi has been hacked on Wednesday by unknown hackers who blackened the website. The homepage of the website was disabled for quite some time and it was later recovered.

The High Commission Information Broadcasting official Manjur Menon confirmed the news of the hacking. He said, “The hackers blackened the homepage of the website. Below the page it was written ‘Sh4dow’. Several Indian hackers are behind the incident.” On being asked whether a police complaint has been lodged in this regard or not, Memon avoided the question.

The website named pakhcnewdelhi.org.pk issues press releases and online visa application forms on behalf of the Pak government.
