Obama to address Indian youth today


New Delhi: U.S President Barack Obama will be concluding his three day visit to India with his address to the Indian Youth at South Delhi’s Siri Fort Auditorium.

Obama will be leaving for Saudi Arabia in the afternoon. In his address, Obama is expected to stress on the shared values of both the countries.

The President will be speaking on how to tap into the energy and the support in both countries.

President Obama will also take out time to meet Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi.

According to a White House statement, Obama will be meeting Kailash Satyarthi, who along with Pakistani activist Malala Yousafzai was awarded Nobel Peace Prize in 2014 for their struggle against suppression of Children and young people and for the rights of education to all children.

Obama also had been awarded with the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009.

Obama was Present as the Chief Guest on the occasion of the 66th Republic day Celebration at Rajpath. He was the first American President to be present as the Chief Guest on the occasion.
