Mathura: Addressing a public rally in Mathura to mark the completion of NDA government’s one year in office Modi showed his resolve to serve than rule by describing himself as the ‘Pradhan Santry’ and not the ‘Pradhan Mantri’, he said the government will put an end to 1300 outdated laws.

PM Narendra Modi said more than 12 crore people get gas subsidy benefits directly in their accounts. He also added that the government has decided to give adequate pension.

Earlier, the PM visited the former Jan Sangh president and ideologue Deendayal Upadhyay’s village, Nagla Chandrabhan in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. BJP will celebrate the occasion as ‘Jankalyan Parv’ from May 26.

Emphasising the role played by the small scale industries in providing employment, Modi said There are small traders who sell vegetables, milk, newspapers, have small industries, they employ 12 crore people of the nation.

Lashing out at the Congress Modi said It’s been 60 years, more than 3 lakh farmers have committed suicide, I’m not here to discuss who’s responsible for that. I did not give guarantee of ‘Acche Din’ for those who looted the nation for years. Your money can’t be looted by anyone.

BJP will celebrate the completion of NDA government’s one year in office as ‘Jankalyan Parva’ from May 26 to publicize the achievements of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government during this period.

BJP has announced a host of programmes including 200 big rallies and 5,000 public meetings across the country to mark the occasion in which all Union and state ministers, party MPs and office bearers will address.
