NIT, Manipur Invites Applications For Accountant Post

National Institute of Technology- NIT Manipur is inviting application from the eligible candidates for the post of Accountant. The post is under the Ministry of Human Resource Development imparting quality education in the field of science &engineering on regular appointment basis. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format along with testimonials.

ACCOUNTANT

No. of Vacancies: 01

Educational Qualification: i) First class Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with Honours in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent in grade from a recognized University or Institute.
OR
Master’s Degree in Commerce / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University or Institute with excellent academic record.
ii) Knowledge of Computer applications viz. word processing, Spread Sheet and computer based accounting software (including Tally).

Desirable: Accounting experience in a reputed organization.

Age Limit: Maximum-30 years.

Pay Scale: Rs.9,300 – Rs.34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test/ Interview.

Note: Candidates selected for the post will be on probation for a period of two years.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST category)
