New Delhi: The Patiala House Court on Monday allowed the National Investigation Agency to conduct the lie detector test on Pakistani terrorist Mohammed Naved, captured following a terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur district earlier this month. The NIA said the polygraph test on the Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist will be conducted at 11 am on Tuesday at the Forensic Science Laboratory situated in Central Delhi's Lodi Road. Last week, the agency had shifted Naveed alias Usman to New Delhi from Jammu and Kashmir.
The NIA obtained a 14-day remand for the custodial interrogation of the accused from a special NIA designate court in Jammu on August 10. Naveed and another terrorist had attacked a BSF bus on August 5 at Narsu Nallah in Udhampur district, killing two troopers and injuring 11 others.
