Bhubhaneswar: Startling revelations are coming up seven days after TMC MP Sudip Bandopadhyay’s arrest in connection with the Rose Valley ponzi scam. CBI had earlier got hands on proof suggesting his alleged closeness with Rose Valley’s owner Gautam Kundu.
Investigations suggest that Sudip played a vital role in admitting Kundu’s son in St. Xaviers Collegiate School, and that he himself was physically present during the admission proceedings. Also he assured Kundu’s wife Shubhra in a letter of sealing the deal of admission in the reputed school. CBI sources say that such incidents are a clear manifestation of Sudip’s long-drawn connection with Rose Valley.
Initial investigations suggested that Sudip’s recommendation was much influential to get Kundu’s son admitted to the school. He allegedly used the official government papers to pen down his appeal to secure the admission.
On Saturday, CBI has started with the consecutive sessions of interrogation with the TMC MP to dig up his alleged links with Rose valley.
