Mumbai Police On High Alert,Gangster Who Wanted To Kill Salman Are On The Run

Chandigarh: The arrest of shooter Sampat Nehra by Haryana police’s Special Task Force (STF), who wanted to kill Bollywood actor Salman Khan, has not eased the tension of the khaki clad men. While Sampat Nehra is in police custody, what is keeping the Haryana police on tenterhooks is many of his aides are still out of police grip.

The cops fear that these sharpshooters can still target Salman and carry out the contract taken by Sampat. The Mumbai police has been alerted in this regard. Meanwhile, a team of Mumbai police would be travelling to Haryana in the coming days to interrogate Sampat.Although the Haryana police was able to track down Sampat a few days before he was planning to reach Mumbai and shoot Salman, three of his aides are still at large and the cops are clueless about their whereabouts.

“Three of his sharp shooters – Raju, Akshay and Ankit – are on the run and as of now we do not have their location or an idea about their whereabouts. These men pose potential danger to Salman Khan.”

Interestingly, the Haryana police has also revealed that the trio had planned to free Sampat on Monday when he was being taken to court. “Due to this we made elaborate arrangements and changed the vehicles in which Sampat was being taken at regular intervals. The security was also beefed up so that the gangsters are unable to carry out their actions,” the official said.
