Mukul Roy’s Meeting Canceled


Kolkata: “There is no democracy in Bengal right now. Now the police Raj has been established in Bengal. ” BJP leader Mukul Roy demanded on Tuesday. A meeting was scheduled to be held at Bishnupur in Bankura on Tuesday. Police refused to give the permission of the meeting. As a result, he met with a local party staffs in a lodge.

BJP President Dilip Ghosh came to attend a meeting at Tamlibandh Maidan in Bankura town on Monday. There he claimed that the ruling party is canceling the meeting by the police in the BJP where it wants to hold meetings all over the state. According to Dilip Ghosh, after the incident on Tuesday, political thinktanks said that the statement was dominant.

Later Mukul Roy faced the journalists at the local party office. He said, “SDPO is behaving like President of Trinamool. Before that he was a member of the Communist Party. Now he is the biggest fan of Mamta Bandyopadhyay. He wants to vote Lokshabha in Bishnupur with the responsibility, though the Election Commission will not allow it. ”

At the end of the meeting, Bishanupur’s party office, Mukul Roy claimed that the TMC will loose Bishnupur Lok Sabha constituency.
