Mumbai: Trouble seems to be brewing further for Salman Khan as a petition challenging the interim bail granted to him by the Bombay High Court has been filed at the Supreme Court on Thursday.

The petition was filed by Raj Thakrey led MNS, which challenges the interim bail granted by the Bombay High Court to the Bollywood superstar just a few hours after he was convicted in the 2002 hit-and-run case and sentenced to 5 years in jail by sessions court judge DW Deshpande.

The Special Leave Petition alleges that the Bombay HC hurriedly decided Salman’s matter and that his bail plea got out-of -turn hearing.
