MLA Begins Communication Work Following Mamata’s Orders

Srirampore: Chief minister Mamata Banerjee had instructed the party MPs, MLAs and workers to increase communication, keeping Lok Sabha votes in mind. Within 24 hours of ther instructions, Srirampore MLA Sudipto Roy took the initiative to increase communication.

Sudipto visited Wellington Jute Mill’s Workers’ colony and listened to their grievances. This jute mill of Srirampore is closed for several days. 500 people stay in this colony which is beside the jute mill. The MLA also distributed quilts among them.

Srirampore’s chairman assured that by talking to the jute mill administration, he will try to re-open the mill.

The MLA has also begun communication with the common people before the Lok Sabha polls.
