MBA Student Drowned in Digha Beach

Digha: In an unfortunate incident an MBA student dies of drowning at West Bengal’s Digha sea beach on Sunday, police said.

Amarendra Yadav, a resident of Jahnsi in Uttar Pradesh was persuing MBA at a college in Kolkata, went to Digha on the weekend with five of his friends. While bathing in the sea, Amarendra drowned.

He was later rescued by his friends and rushed to a local hospital, where he was declared dead. Midnapore police has sent Amarendra’s body for postmortem and informed his relatives.
